Giampiero Beltotto is a professional journalist since 1980 working for numerous popular italian newspapers such as Avvenire, TVSette, TGR. Since 1994, he worked in public affairs, institutional and industrial relations for relevant business and financial groups worldwide, such as Gruppo Banca Intesa SanPaolo, Gruppo Corvallis S.p.a., Unioncamere Veneto, L'Indipendente, and RAI, the most important italian broadcast in Italy.



In his career as a professional journalist, Mr. Beltotto has been an independent consultant for Agcom, the Italian Communications Regulatory Authority, a member of the Veneto Regional Authority for the 2008 post-flood emergency, director of numerous European and national election campaigns, Spokesperson of the President of the Lombardy Region, Bruno Tabacci, and Head of his Press Office, spokesperson of the former Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Policies, and President of the Veneto Region, Luca Zaia (2008 – 2012).



Beltotto is the President of the regional theater “Teatro Stabile del Veneto” from 2018 onwards.



He holds a degree in Italian Literature from the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the University of Turin, and is author of numerous television and radio programmes, as well as books. Among his recent publications: La Sfida, Lindau Editore (2019) and Barbari e digitali, Marsilio Editore (2017). He is a lecturer at the journalism schools of prestigious Italian universities.
