Steven has a portfolio career across financial services, data analytics and innovation. He is on the Supervisory Board of a Citibank international subsidiary and, until recently, led a digital assets start-up.



Steven is Chairman of a Tech4Good SaaS data platform (The Audience Agency Tech Ventures) and an Executive Director and Senior Strategic Adviser to PlusValue Advisory Ltd.



Steven previously spent an executive career of over 30 years, around the world, from Hong Kong to Moscow, Melbourne to Paris and Brussels. He worked for blue chip companies such as Standard Chartered and Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), as well as technology-led organisations like Experian and Visa Inc. He has held senior roles in strategy, marketing, product innovation and general management.



Born and raised in the UK, Steven is a graduate from both the University of Oxford and INSEAD Business School. He has a Masters in Executive Coaching (Hult-Ashridge) and is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors.



Steven is passionate about social impact and helps run a global women’s mentoring network and is Trustee for a charity that tackles modern slavery across South-East Europe.



Steven has 2 daughters and enjoys travel, culture and creative writing.
